Projects that pass receive a curation score out of 10, published openly on every card.
What you'll always see
Builder name. Possession stage and date. Land parcel size. Total units. Starting price in ₹ Crore. Location advantages in plain language. The facts that move a decision of this size — never padded with generic specifications.
