I’m very happy with my decision of buying a villa in NVT life square specially two things I like the most 1st is the location, this project is located in heart of the whitefield and 2nd thing this is a nice boutique villa community and almost we all know each other and we celebrate all of the festivals & functions as a family. Are there any kid's play areas or activities offered at the clubhouse?

The rates are highly inflated compared to what it offers in terms of amenities and plot size ??

Do I get a terrace and Lift provision too especially in a triplex villa setup.

The maintenance charges are on the higher side compared to other villa projects.

Good value for money in terms of lifestyle, location, and brand

Having an in-house elevator is a big convenience. My parents can visit without any mobility concern
